I’ve been attending group PT classes at Wild Physio Fitness weekly, and it’s been an exceptional experience. After getting a hernia repaired which was preventing physiotherapy to help a dodgy hip I was recommended to Wild Physio. Andrew has a no nonsense approach and listens carefully to your problems and needs, them formulates a regime to fix it. Plenty of suggestions on working around not having a gym at home so there is no excuses for not getting busy and getting things sorted. Within a couple of weeks, things I was working around (for a couple of years) were on the improve so I am very happy customer.

Nick provided physiotherapy rehabilitation for my 13 year old who injured his knee playing football. I could not recommend Nick highly enough. From the beginning, his thoroughness and attention to detail in understanding the problem then working with my son to practice the exercises he needed to do, were beyond what I had expected. Nick even understood how to engage and motivate him to ensure he continued to keep up the exercises at home. He made his rehab time fun and engaging. When it comes to physio and injury rehab for my sons, I won't go anywhere else.

I first came to Andrew in May of 2023 following advice from sports doctors that I should strongly consider stopping playing AFL (age 23). I had a very long history of both serious and minor soft and hard tissue injuries, which kept me from playing for 3-4 consecutive years (semi-professional level). It was recommended I see Andrew to get my body as strong and healthy as possible, with no intention of returning to AFL. Following my first session with Andrew, we set a goal of returning to play. I am now halfway through an AFL season, and have played the majority of games. I can’t thank Andrew enough for his guidance in my return to play. Andrew educated me to understand my body (pain does not equal damage!). Through specialised programs and Andrew’s strong understanding of my personal history/goals, I have been able to better self-regulate when I do get sore spots/niggles (which is inevitable).
